the offset is good, the bolt pattern is good, the width is a little wider than normal, but should be ok, as long as your car isn't lowered like Bruce's car (LowRyder).

Just, before you bid, make sure the price of $949 is per set instead of per wheel... else, you may be looking at a $4000 set of wheels...

Thanks for the quick reply mmgrad. This is why I LOVE this forum Those wheel looks attractive but aren't my first choice. I preferred to keep everything AMG. I have previously asked you about your AMG style III setup, do you know if the same Style III comes in 18 in., and 5 X 112mm bolt pattern? Thanks again.

Tirerack don't have those in their website. The only one similiar is the 2 piece version( I only want 18 in.), http://www.tirerack.com/servlet/Call...pecial=Pricing , which I don't care for. Any ideas?

2004 E500 use COMPLETELY different wheels from a W208 CLK, so showing them on the E500 doesn't really indicate if they are available for the CLK.

The wheels you list as optional in Europe are listed on the AMG site as a fitment, in 18x7.5 and 18x8.5 (RA).

I think you might have some problem with 18x9 ET35 in the front. The wheel lip is 6mm closer to the shock than with an 18x8.5 ET35, and the 18x8.5 is pretty close already.

You may want to find someone who actually has an 18x9 rim of that model to try it out (I think I have one but my CLK isn't easily accessible right now).

Yes, you signed off correctly, you are owned. I didn't know i would have to go the AMG site and post one of their pictures, I figured people could go there themselves. Oh, and I have those wheels, in 18", on my CLK. If you would like, when the rain stops, I will post a picture. I assure you steering wheel is straight.

John, see my previous post with the picture and fitment information for your car.

I am not sure where to get them if Tirerack doesn't have them on the site. If they are not on the site, next step is to call Luke there directly, if stock is low sometimes they are not listed on the site. Then, try Discount Tire (tires.com). After that, you'll have to search around.

Good luck!

I don't know if he is legit or not. However he does allow for pickup in person in Cleveland Ohio which is about 2.5 hours from where I live. I will probably stick with AMG rims but at $1000 these rims are a steal!

The Carlsson rims do look sharp and not tacky like others. As someone previously mentioned, 18x9 for the front is questionable and I wouldn't modify my front suspension just to fit the rims. Too much of a risk and the cost of the mod. may not justify the price of the rims. Too bad because those rims are sweet.

calm down lou430.... you seem to get all hyped up about everything real easy...

i think your post of the 18" AMGs was helpful.

And it really doesn't matter that its displayed on an E500, you can still MAKE it work for the CLK... just like 19" CL wheels are meant for the CL, which shouldn't fit the CLK, but I'm running 19" CL Wheels on my CLK just fine.

In this world, anything is possible with the right resources & $$$...

If you run through the Tirerack wheel configurator, you won't see any 18" or 19" AMG Style III wheels...

However, if you look at the AMG Brand section, you'll see 18" & 19" AMG III wheels...

And don't let the peeps on this forum tell you that you can't run these wheels on ur car, because you can... I'm running the 5-spoke 215, Silver w/Machined Lip
