2001 CLK 320 coupe
new kid in town

Hi, I'm new to this forum, and hoping for an exchange of
thoughts and opinions on my recently purchased 2001 CLK 320 Coupe.
It's my first experience with an MB, and I'm trying to learn as much about
MB's in general, and my CLK 320 in specific.
For starters, mine has 77,000 miles on it, and all but weather/time pixels
seem to function properly. The primary thing I'd like advice on, is the
radio/navigation unit In short, I'd like to replace it with just a radio, which
will also play MP3 CD's. I don't need and/or use the navigation feature so
I'd like the unit with a simple storage compartment below the
radio. Whatever unit it is, must fit into the opening without altering
the existing space. The punchline is, I'd like to do it without having to take out a second mortgage on the ranch !!! Am I dreaming ??
Thanks in advance for any and all replies.
PS:
I live in the San Fernando Valley in Calif.
Thanks,
