These are the SL 55 AMG wheels, I bought them from a gentleman that had just put new wheels on his 03 SL 55.. I got the whole set for under 300 bucks. Authentic AMG wheels with less than 20k on them!!! Couldn't believe it. He just wanted them out of his garage, they are nearly perfect. I will be lowering her soon. I love the oem look and will most likely be keeping these wheels on her.

$4000 CLK55 and $300 wheels! You got 2 extreme bargains. Do the wheels fit without spacers or rubbing? They look like they fill the fenders well and give the car a nice stance. My only criticism would be the spokes look a bit like CLK430 AMG appearance package wheels.

I am always looking for bargains! haha.. I am running a 15mm spacer in the rear, and it does rub in the rear over large dips or bumps. But I haven't rolled the fenders yet. I like the aggressive full fender look. These are an inch bigger and probably an inch wider than the stock 430 wheels, The spokes are flatter and show a little more of the brakes than the 17inch 430 wheels.

I rolled fenders and regretted it afterward. It's tough to do without damaging the sheet metal or paint.

If you decide to roll, make sure the car has not had body damage anywhere near the area you're rolling. I found out a car had bondo in a quarter panel the hard way. I can't say I've ever seen a fender rolling come out perfectly unless it was done by a body shop and the entire panel was repainted.

I agree fully! I've seen many botched rolled fender jobs. But when done correctly the results could be amazing. I've never had the courage so if or when you do, please share some photos.

I use a heat gun and roll a couple inches at a time. It came out really well on my 320.. Not too worried about it. Will share pics when it is done!
