Bypass Smartkey for proximity access/start?
I can't seem to find a whole bunch of current information for the w208 as it relates to smartkey bypass.
I only have one key for my CLK430 cabrio. I would like to install a proximity access and push button start one, because I like the feature, and two, it would have the added benefit of ditching the smartkey and minimizing chances of loosing it.
Id like to know if anyone has experience with this sort of thing or if it's really possible. Several companies sell anti-theft bypass modules they say will work, but I haven't been able to find definite answers on how the systems work.
