Need advice on INTAKE and EXHAUST

can anybody recommend an intake system and exhaust system for my 430? I can buy a K&N filter for my car at the local Kragen's for about $70.00. I want to know how the other aftermarket intake systems compare to this filter. Any advice would be appreciated......

those H&R filters will be a quick, simple upgrade...

exhaust... most people go with Eisenmann... depending on how loud you like it, they have 3 different variances... i like the race exhaust (loudest)... it doesn't really offer much performance gain outside of slightly higher air flow, and perhaps a few lbs saved from a lighter system.

Evosport was making custom high performance V8 headers, and I believe Ben has them on his car... but, we haven't heard anything about pricing and availability since it was first introduced...

There is also the super expensive Carbon Fiber airbox from Renntech... major bucks here... but looks hella nice...

I think Danny was thinking "K&N" filter replacements and NOT "H&R" filters. The K&N filter does NOT lower the air box at all. It is a direct replacement for your OEM air filter.
