How to Install INFINITI BASSLINK in to W208?
I'm looking at adding more bass while saving trunk space. Went to audio store, basslink sounds pretty good.
Say how am I going to tap that into rear speakers, when looking into the trunk and at the speakers, I don't see any wire where I can tap them in. INstallation costs me $150 if they do it for me, it should be pretty simple
Any suggestions would be great, just need more bass with more trunk space.

i just got them to install it, you need a bunch of kits and have to mount it, i didnt bother.. cost me like 100 to install. i got it installed on my w202... sounds awesome. except the trunk rattles a bit. it sounds awesome with the stock system, you will be pleased. make sure you wire up the basslink controller as well

I was thinking of adding the clear Basslink but I heard it is extremely difficult to get bass from the CLK.
Please let me know if this worked for you and how much improvement can be expected. I think its a great mod considering how inexpensive it is.

I have a 99 cabrio and it has sick bass. All i did was add a rockford 300S amp and 2 10 inch He subs in a box. IT knocks very hard.
The battery is in the trunk, so theres like no wiring to od, and u just tap the stock sub which is the rear deck speaker on the coupe opr the bass module in the center of the cabroilet rear seat..
Install was like 30 minuts at most. I donno about the basslink just get a regular sub and amp and box, it can be sick for under 250.

its amazing for a preamp sub onto a stock system, adds a lot more of that missing bass that bose doesnt offer. i got it installed on the w202... they tapped underneath the trunk and into the amp and battery/fuses
