Intermittent loss of acceleration after braking

While Braking, the ABS/BAS light and ESP warnings come on and I completely lose acceleration. Can't go any faster than 2 mph and pushing pedal to the floor does nothing. Turning the car off and then back on gets rid of the problem but only for a short period of time. It happens intermittently, once or twice a day, and some days not at all. The TCM is clean and has no transmission fluid on it and the brake light switch has been replaced, it made no difference. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Car Information:

2001 CLK 320 W208
120,000 miles
Transmission fluid replaced at 60,000 miles
