Steering wheel buttons on aftermarket head unit
What's necessary to get it to work?
I got my aftermarket double din working and installed on the stock bose system. Sounds great! But Im now looking for the interface to get the steering wheel buttons to work and I can't find the answer anywhere. Im afraid to go to best buy and get some garbage that doesn't work.
Any ideas?

You will need purchase an adapter, but not every aftermarket radio will work with the PAC controls. Here is a link that may help

I used a couple of PAC SWI boxes and it works great. Here's a link to what I did.
