I don't know maybe we can modify it, the strobes light bulbs are like mini xenon bulbs with a color cover you can change. But if you just want regular strobe lights it's easy to install.

I give this mod 2 , I still dont like that "fogged" look on the inner lights though.

danny, that was funny about the xenon reverse light after that, you can put xenon bulbs for the interior dome lights. that way, when it turns on at night you'll think its still daytime with all those xenon lights on at night, your car will look like a comet on the freeway. black car surrounded by bright lights all over

don't think of me as being rice, but I was considering putting lights underneath the car's body..
not a neon glow kit... but rather, like those courtesy lights that illuminate when the doors open, etc... like W211 & some brabus kits...

Hey guys I don't care about hijacking.... I mean the purpose of the forums is to discuss things right??? Well that is what you were doing......so to me it is more like good job! :p

Hey Danny can you host some pics for me? I was going to uplaod the pics from last night to benzworld.org but they seem to have a problem. Shoot me an email at m3jeremy@hotmail.com so I can send them to you......they are sized down so it won't be over 5-600k.

I just saw the comet image from your sig, it's got that "in motion" look. Didn't mean to imply rice

Those courtesy lights would be cool. Are you talking about the side mirrors where they illuminate the ground when you unlock the car? That should be easy mod as long as the parts from the w211 fit on the clk side mirrors and you don't mind drilling a hole for the bulb or something.

Another light question while we are on the subject.......

anyone ever hook the stealth LED's like in porsche, audi or bmw? I love those things. I would like to get some and hooking them up would be really easy. Does anyone make a kit with the wiring and all??

W211 mirrors won't fit on W208...

I'm not gonna drill my mirrors, I'm probably leaning towards installed LED lights underneath the side skirts to illuminate the area near the doors...
