HELP!! Passenger Side High Beam not working

My passenger side high beam is not working. When I opened it up the insulation on the wiring were cracking and breaking off. I taped the wires individually so they wouldn't short. I'm not getting any volts to the connector. I have resistance going through the hot and ground wires. I was wondering if there could be a blown fuse, but I can't figure out which fuse goes to the light. Also all other lights on the car are working (except a low beam on the same side which needs to be replaced and shouldn't be related). Any ideas on how to fix this.

Have you looked in your manual for the different fuse locations? If you have no manual, go to mbusa.com and download one.
There are 3 different fuse locations...engine, trunk and left side of dash...the light fuses are in the side dash locations...charts are in the door.
