After a day or so my front windows and front seats loose their memory. I can reset them after disconnecting the battery and hooking it back up. Anybody know what the problem is.

 

Check battery voltage. Is the car driven daily?

 

I put a new battery in a couple of weeks ago and still had the same problem, just check the voltage and its just 12.4 I am now in the process of charging the battery, maybe the battery was not fully charged. The car is not driven daily. the car was driven yesterday it may have charged the battery enough today the windows were working. We'll check it again tomorrow.

 

I would also check that your ground is secure. It sounds like you are loosing voltage intermittently.

 

cindyclk, Thanks for the reply,but the ground is good because that is how I reset the system by removing and replacing the ground.

 

Are you saying that you can't set the seats the usual way...press "M" button and then hit the number you assign it to and windows by lowering (w/o speed lower) and hold 5 seconds...raise same way and hold 5 seconds?

 

no I can set the windows and seats today and they work fine, but tomorrow they may not work and need to be reset.
