I searched but couldn't find the right info...help
Okay, my 98 CLK320 has that speed sensitive radio volume thing set way too high. I read that they fixed this in later models and that you could have the dealer set it lower. Seeing as my car is out of warranty I was wondering if anybody had seen a write-up on how to do this DIY? I'm sure its just a conbination of buttons. If not I'll just live with it until I get the cash to upgrade the whole system.
while i'm on the subject of upgrading I wanted to do some double checking...we have an 8-speaker bose system in our car...right...two tweeders on the top of the doors, a 6.5" mid (or is it 5.25"?) and a 4" on each door and two subs on the rear deck? is that correct? I'll probably be taking out everything and replacing just trying to get a feel for what i need to look for. Thanks everyone.

PS I'm changing the sig as soon as I can get my car washed and a clean pic taken
