Hey I have a 2002 clk430 convertible and I wanted to upgrade my rims. I have 17s right now and I was wondering if I could fit 19s with the standard offset withought any mods.

Welcome to MBWorld. Yes, with same offsets, and assuming nothing crazy with widths, you'll be fine.

Welcome please post picture of your ride
I'm running staggered 19's with no modifications. They are specially offset for this car. They accept OEM center caps, which I think makes a big difference, making them look more like original MB wheels. Roderick RW2, you can find them on Ebay.
