Not sure, But I would think from the trunk, you may have to remove a cover or something, Just take your time and look it over you should be able to figure it out.

Let just say its a PITA, I going to try to explain it, but it might not come out the way I want it.

1-filp the rear head rest up.
2-start with the driver side rear.
3-remove the platic covers front around the headrest bars thinkys.
4-get a a small screw driver.
5-on the driver side rear headrest, on the left of the two headrest bar thinkys, there is a small white button that has to pressed in, from the rear wind in towards the front of the car.
The hardest thing is trying to stick you head back there behind the headrest and seeing the little white tab and pressing it.
6-then your be able to pull the headrest out.

This is best done with some one else looking at what your doing and directing you onto the little white tab.

Hope this helps.

Brian

4 wheeled car.
I'm gonna have my shop do the dynamat, but I'm sure they've never done it on a W210, so I'll give em instructions on how to do it so they dont break anything, or charge me ridiculous labor because they couldn't figure it out
