Hi guys....
I was just doing a search the other day wondering... how many of you guys have brought up this subject. Any of you 320 owners ever tried doing atleast a 430 transplant or a 55 into the 320? Would the suspension have to be upgraded for the weight of the engine? but the main question is this... are the motor mounts in the same spot? What would one have to do to do atleast a 430 swap?
Does one have to change the tranny as well? OR lets not say from a clk... I would prefer a clk motor... but say from a C32 or E55? How much would this cost....say for a 430 engine? I'm assuming you need also the comp. wiring must be different and tranny?

Interesting.... because when I had ordered my car. I requested them to make it a 320 but w/ the 430 engine in it. The guy said.... it'll be about another 5k - 10k on top of the price that it goes for.

LOL The dealer must not have known what he was talking about. That price difference is about the difference between a 320 and a 430. Maybe he was just planning to order a 430 and badge it 320 for you. ;0)
