How to remove passenger seat?

Move the seat all the way forward and there will be two or three inverted torx E12, remove then.
Then move the seat all the way back and remove the two black covers on the seat railes, there will be one torx on each side, remove them then unplug the connector on the bottom of the seat and you chould be abke to pull it out.

Well my passenger side seat currently does not move back or forward and I was trying to take it out to remove some debris(XXX) from under before I take it in. Which tools do I need and is it possible to do if you cant move the seat forward or back?
