Windscreen washer nozzles

Hello all,
I am having a problem with no washer fluid coming out of the nozzles. I have unhooked the lines and fluid is getting to them. I also shot compressed air into the nozzles and they are not clogged. I am thinking the connection is leaking between the lines and the nozzles. Is there any kind of "fix" for this without having to pay 100+ bucks for new washer nozzles? They seem pretty loose and if I move them the slightest bit fluid shoots out around the connections

Thanks

Hello and thanks for the reply. I actually saw that but I couldn't quite understand what they were gluing. I don't think its the connection from the hose to the plastic connector, its the actual plastic to plastic pop in connection. Is that what they were talking about gluing? It seemed like they were having a leak between the hose and the plastic where the clamp is which isn't the case for me. I may have misunderstood it.

Thanks so much

I have not had the problem, but believe that it was the compression fitting at the end of the supply hose (discussed around the 2 minute mark in the video) failed. In the OP solution the failure was caused by cracks around the nozzle hole, that the male fitting plugged into. The repair was tightening the cracks around hole area with wire and then applying glue.

As our W208 age, plastic parts deteriorate and fail.

Oh ok, I misunderstood. I will try that. Hopefully that will remedy the issue, living around so many unpaved roads and no washer fluid is not pretty lol. Thank you so much for clarifying for me. I was unsure of what they were gluing but it makes sense that the compression fitting on the hose is the loose culprit especially since it doesn't take much force at all to disconnect from the nozzle with a slight tug.

I used some stainless safety wire to tie the two parts together. It's been working well for a couple of years now.
