lip for AMG??
just like the subject, is there a front lip for the amg front bumper on a 01 430?
if not, then why not?
if not then is it possible to mold a custom lip on to it? like some kind of phom(spelling)?
sorry for all the question lol. but i don't have the money for kits like dtm and rs cuz i got into a little accident...

frankly, i'm not crazy about add on lips... they aren't very clean... if they could mold it so its flush with the actual bumper, it be much better... much cleaner look...
oh, and those flared fender add-ons... no... it ain't doing it for me... doesn't even really look like it needs it...
just my opinion

so... judging by the Carlsson decal (may not mean anything)... is this just a CLK320 add-on lip molded to fit an AMG front???
or is it just some replica lip that someone slapped on a decal for??? any Carlsson gurus or someone with a Carlsson lip know???

i remember reading on carlson lip that it won't fit on the amg bumper. must be a Wannabe sticker
oh ya have u thought of those stuff ppl use to fill up holes in their wall? what u think putting those on the lip and trim it flat so the lines between the lip and the bumper are flawless? then primer and coat and paint?

you are better using bondo... it will probably still crack over time, but it will have a better flex rating than dry wall putty...
either case, i don't encourage you to do it... the above aforementioned car doesn't look very good with that lip...

I think if the bodywork was done properly, it would actually look really nice. They would have to mold the front lip onto the bumper, and aslo mold the fender flares on the the body as well. If you make the fenders flow with the body of the car and along the front bumper, it would actually look really nice. Just needs a lot more bodywork done. If your not going to mold fenderflares onto the body of the car, you might as well not get the flares in the first place. Just my $0.02 opinion.
