Wiper Insert
Can anyone recommend a good wiper insert to replace the original piece of crap? I have had mine changed 3 times and it still hasn't resolved the problem of leaving black marks and making loud wiping noises. Thanks.

Maybe it's not the insert, but something on your windshield? Give your glass a good cleaning, and try a genuine MB wiper insert, if that's not what you've already tried.
The dealer has replaced it 3 times...

If you've cleaned the glass already, and the factory-made one isn't good, I use Anco Aerovantage wipers on my car and they work great. Stay away from the Bosch Micro Edge Excel, I've had three pairs of them and they all weren't very satisfactory.
