2002 Mercedes Benz CLK 430
PO715

So I got a new OEM transmission conductor plate and sensor replaced, but I keep getting the P0715 code. So today I took it to the shop to get the code removed, but they didn't do **** to it because they were not able to clear the code. TO clear the code, does it have to be some special type of diagnostic scanner tool for mercedes or what? Need to get the car out of LIMP MODE so I can travel back home from the university.

You did not do your homework---you need MB DAS or equal to read and clear MB transmission faults---find an indy who has the diagnostics and knows how to work on MB's.

If you see sheep grazing in the back----run!!

This is absolutely true. Also there can be a big difference between OEM replacement and OE.
