Temp pixels are mostly out, actually come and go. BUT/AND The clock + shift position display is very very very dim but all of the info is there i.e. no pixels are missing. Any thoughts on both or either of these issues?

Try replacing the bulbs first. Here's a video. I follow this man on YouTube he's saved me tons of money.

I sent my cluster to BBA Remanufacturing and they fixed it all up. If you do that, follow all of the instructions before you start so you don't pull any any codes later.

Thanks for the advice. I may have to go that route. However I am just about to pull my cluster apart for the second time this week to see if I can get ALL of the pixels to fill in. Last attempt got me about half the way home.
