Techron changed my car
I have a W208 1998 CLK320, 167k on the dash.
I thought the tranny was starting to hiccup and shift roughly... one black bottle of Techron (complete system cleaner) the car feels completely different, so it wasn't the tranny at all.
I remember reading two years ago about lazy mercs and using techron+driving it a bit hard, and it's definitely true.
Highly recommended honestly, I'm sure there are other fuel system cleaners out there, but if you're in one of these cars, the engine DOES like to suck on fuel freely... it will help quite a bit.
