Will I get a 50,000 miles service for free?
My car is getting it's 40,000 mile service next week. Can I get another 10,000 miles interval service for free when my car hits 49,999 miles, or is that totally not covered by my 4 yr/50,000 mile warranty?

If your car needs service, according to the FSS you should be able to get the service in under warranty and therefore for free. I am not positive of the specifics of the warranty and FSS but as I understand all maintainence work is free while under warranty.
The way the FSS works is based on driving style, so if you drive your car hard, services will come up faster; i.e.- 9K miles, instead of 10K and if you drive it lightly you may need service at 11K intervals instead of 10K. So drive your car moderately hard so you get that last free service!
Hope this helps.

also for service, at least at all the local dealers in dc metro, you can show up at 1K miles "early" ...
and getting to know/friendly with your service advisor as he has wiggle room or so it seems.

as soon as the MFD or odometer flashes that your service is up in 1000 miles, you can call and make the appointment and say that your under warranty and that the maintenance is included

when i went in to have the dealer check a click noise from the wheel, he went ahead and did my A service, flushed all my fluids, gave me new wiper blades, etc...
And I barely had my B Service like less than 8,000 miles ago....
