LCD and mileage display questions
Hi Chaps!
I've just bought a 2002 CLK 230 avantgarde cabriolet and I've got a few niggles with it:
The LCD displays on the right and left side of the speedo cluster aren't displaying properly, they look corrupted - I've been reading and it seems like a common issue, I was thinking of following this guide, does it look correct and is that usually what the problem is:?
Also, my middle LCD display is very faint so I can barely read what's on it - is it a bulb that needs replacing or something else?
In addition, the backlighting for the speedo and rev counter itself at night only seems to go up to the first few dashes, so it's very dark - again is this bulb replacement or something else? Does anyone know the bulb part numbers?
Lastly, my trip mileage and overall mileage on the middle LCD display is showing as Kms instead of miles - anyone know how this can be changed? I'm in the UK, so it should be in miles..
