Go with the 430. Better and bigger engine along with nicer body styling.

Drive booth. The one that smiles at you and you smile back at, that one is the one to buy.

The 430 might be too fast for you. SERIOUSLY!

In my case, the 55 AMG is awesome!

Faster than the C5 2001 Vette. The 55 seems to be running faster every day, - have 2,500 miles on it.

i agree with t-bone...get a 430 if you can afford it. I wish I was able to at the time.

Get a 430, I regret that I didn't get one back then. It looks much nicer (AMG wheel and kit) too with the black window trim and blue tinted windows!

My motto is "Always buy the biggest engine". But in the case of these cars, the E320 is not a disappointment by any means.

get the 320...

Buy the 320, then lower it, get new wheels and tires and chip it.

Nobody lowers the 320, but I think it looks better than the 430 since it doesn't have all the body kit stuck on the bottom. The 6 cylinder is 100 pounds less than the 430 and it makes a handling difference. With the chip, you won't much notice the engine difference.

It's a bargain...
