No. The SLK seat bottom are thin
You can get anything to fit. But I don't think it will look right becase the CLK seats are power and thick in the bottom. The SLK seats are very good looking and sportier but much thinner in the seat bottoms.
I have both cars (SLK and CLK) and I have a set of SLK seats in another custom car.

AMG SLK seats are nice
I like the design of the AMG SLK seats. They are really sporty. I think it will look nice in a modified CLK. I would look into making a custom mouting trackings by combining the CLK mouting frame with the SLK tracks. I was thinking of doing such a modification earlier because I saw a set of AMG SLK seats for sale in my area but gave up the idea because I think I would loose the comfort and luxury because the seat bottom are thinner.
