Do I have NAV??
I just bought a beautiful 2002 CLK430 Cabriolet. I love the car dearly already. The dealer I bought it from had no idea about its features (didn't even know it had a changer in the trunk), and didn't know if it has NAV. It has the large color COMAND display in the dash, and when I hit the NAV button it says it can't find a NAV disc in the drive. The car has what looks like a GPS receiver on the trunk. I was going to order a set of navigation CDs off eBay but I wondered how I can tell that the car will work with them. Which drive would the CDs go in?
Also, where can I find reference for the voice commands the system accepts? Mine has the voice command stuff in it.

Yes, you have navigation, you just need to purchase a disk. The latest revision is the 2004 disc. The navigation CD goes in the drive on the COMAND unit itself.
As for voice activation, I can't help you with that yet, I haven't installed my linguatronic unit yet :0)

On mine (a 2002) I have a lever on the right side of the steering column. When you pull it, the radio goes silent and there is a beep. If you say 'help' the system will walk you through its commands. If you push forward, a voice will say 'Canceled' and the radio will come back on.
