Auto Dimming Mirror Upgrade
I've just bought a CLK55 W208 Coupe. It has lots of options, but no auto dimming interior mirror. I can deal with the side mirrors not dimming but would like to replace the interior mirror.
I see auto dimming mirrors on eBay that should fit okay, but I'm not sure if there are any special electrical connections to be made other than simple power supply connections.
Has anyone had any experience upgrading the mirror? The hands-fee mic change should be simple enough.

I think the installation of the auto dimming mirror might be easier than i thought...
Looks like the power supply and signals for the mirror can be supplied by the control module built into the interior light assembly. Should be even easier if i can simply plug the mirror into the module!
Any thoughts from members who may have some insight would be appreciated! :-)
