Found water pump bearings in my coolant

I was on my way home a couple of weeks back and I got the "low coolant" dash light. I also heard sort of a groaning noise from the motor. I immediately pulled over and found coolant leaking from the water pump area. I had the car towed home and realized the water pump had failed. I went ahead and ordered various parts (pump, thermostat, idler pulley, hoses, etc).

I removed the lower radiator hose this past weekend and found six water pump bearings (along with a few fragments) in the coolant. I actually heard them dropping into the shallow bucket as the coolant was draining. Picture attached.

Before I install the new water pump, I want to make sure there aren't any other bearings or fragments in the cooling system. I'm not sure how many bearings the original water pump had, in total. Thanks for any thoughts.

Nice find, you should probably remove that hose to make sure you did get them all, and flush the radiator as best as you can.
