Everything related to the A208 CLK hydraulics, can be rebuilt better than new by Top Hydraulics, who has earned numerous international rave reviews from forum members, dealerships etc..
Go to https://www.tophydraulicsinc.com/en/content/53-mercedes-benz-a208-info , where you will a 12 chapter video series, that explains:
-The reasons why a hydraulic system component will fail
-The why and how a component needs to be completely rebuilt
-Detailed instructionals for accessing and replacing any of the system components
As example, in chapter 2; which covers the removal of the hydraulic pump, you'll also find additional details showing how you can easily check the reservoir fluid level and if required, how to remove the trunk's firewall which will be necessary to add fluid, on using the proper fluid etc..
Additionally; if you need to add fluid, at that time, I would strongly recommend replacement of the pump's motor staring relay, because as it it switches very high electrical current, the contacts arc, which can cause contact pitting (e.g. motor will no longer operate) or fuses the contacts permanently closed (e.g. motor runs continuously and burns out).
The Mercedes OE relay is part # 0025427219 and is an inexpensive wear replacement part. The genuine MB part is available from FCPEuro, who is also a forum sponsor, for less than $13 at https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/mer...lay-0025427219 and they also offer the OEM Hella replacement part (e.g. without the MB logo) for only $6 at https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/saa...0-9000-8522310 . Note: I keep a spare on hand, because this is the same multi-purpose relay, that is used in many other systems throughout the car (e.g. fuel pump, starting motor etc.),
