99 CLK320 driver side squeaking

So i recently bought a 99 clk320 (44000mi) that was supposedly garage kept its entire life and everything's been fine besides this squeaking from the drivers side engine bay(maybe wheel well?) that started probably 2-3 weeks ago. It only squeaks when the cars been warmed up and stopped or under 5mph in drive/reverse and when i get going it goes away or when i put it in park/neutral it stops. My friend said it could be a heat shield but i wouldn't be able to tell. it has been about 20 degrees lately even -50 a couple days ago but anything helps thanks

I have a short little video of the car sitting in drive then putting it in park at the end (sorry about the camera and lighting)

If you could redo the vide/w lighting pointing camera in the area of sound it would be helpful in desecting the problem.

Mine was doing the same thing. It was the lower ball joint. For a temporary fix I took a syringe and filled it with oil and injected thru the rubber. The noise went away.
