Clk 430. No pressure after replacing brakes

Completed first brake job on my new to me clk 430. Rotors, pads, and calipers were replaced along with brake wear sensors. After swapping all the parts in the front and pumping the brakes in park i still have no brake power up front. Only in the rear which i havent replaced yet. After starting it for the first time the abs and bas lights came on. Went back and installed the wear sensors which I negeleted initially since they werent installed with the previous pads but still no pressure. I disabled the lights by rotating the steering wheel. Is a flush mandatory in this situation? I have plenty of brake fluid in the reservoir and everything worked fine before I changed the parts so can someone please help me finish this project? Thanks!
