Service A Notice
I know that all services have been performed since my car was new, but every time I start it I get a message that says ‘Service A exceeded by 730 days. Can an independent get rid of this or is that a dealer only fix?

2003 CLK 320 convertible
If it's like the 2003 CLK:
Turn the electronic key in steering lock to position 2
Call up the trip odometer and main odometer
Press the up or down arrow until the service display appears
Press and hold the "R" button on the left side of the instrument cluster for about 4 seconds.
That reset's the mileage countdown and days overdue notice. and you'll be good for another 10,000 miles.
