Do these cars come w/ a sport package and/or various suspensions?
I'm thinking bout getting the wife a 320, but hate the wheels and would like to put the 430 wheels on it...will this look ok, or will there be a huge gap in the fenders?

Without lowering the car, you'll have the same huge gap that a stock 430 has ;0)
