Clk 430 very sluggish
hi,
I recently bought a 02 CLK 430 with 105k km.
the car is in excellent condition and must have seen a lot of storage in its life. The car starts perfect and isles perfect but when going highway speeds 80km+ and you step on the accelerator there is no pick up. Does anyone know what a good starting point would be? There is 0 warning lights but have not hooked an actual code reader up.

I have a similar issue, very sluggish only during WOT acceleration. I'm leaning towards a clogged fuel filter or faulty fuel pump. Replaced MAF a month ago but did not help.
