Brand new to the platform and have a question

Someone had told me that although they aren't the same size engine, that a lot of stuff from a 2002 CLK 430 will work on the 2002 CLK 55 AMG, because of both being W208. I found OBX Stainless Header For 99-02 Mercedes CLK 430 4.3L V8 24-Valve W208 Chasis headers and before buying them I wanted to send a thread out and ask the community if these headers will work on the 55 AMG N/A engine and if there will be any gains (with reprograming) versus over just cutting off the cat's on the original headers and doing reprograming? Again totally new to the platform and haven't quite figured out what is and is not interchangable yet.

I would cross reference the stock part numbers and interchangeability with MB. That should tell if they'll fit.
