Selling my '99 320, Need help with a price...

Hey guys, I have decided to sell my CLK. Here are the specs, can you help me out with a reasonable price I should offer it at and what I should accept?

1999 CLK 320 Coupe
93500 Miles
Brilliant Silver Exterior
Light Grey Interior (Oyster?)
Xenon Lights w/ washers
Heated Seats
Multi-contour seats
Rear Automatic Sunshade
BOSE Stereo system
Sunroof/Moonroof
Tinted Windows
19" ADR M-Classics with Continental ContiSport Contact 2 tires
16" OEM Chrome Rims with new Kumho Ecsta tires

Here are some of the issues (which are pretty much common on most w208's):

Mechanical/Electrical:
Occasional fuel gauge misread (happens about every 4 fill-ups or so)
Rough idle on cold starts (smooths out after a mile or so)
SRS Warning Light On (was told it was a seat belt sensor that may be covered under a recall but not certain)

Interior:
Drivers side seat leather has a few crease lines but no tears (all other seats are in great condition)
Small (1") crack on dashboard over passenger airbag (covered under initial warranty but wasn't repaired in time)

Exterior:
A few small rock chips on the hood (not really too noticeable unless you're looking for them)

Overall:
Great car considering the number of miles and it's age. Weekly detailed and proffessionally waxed every 2-3 months. The interior rugs and upholstery are in excellent condition with the exception of a few minor signs of it's age (as stated above). The paint still shines and there are no door dings or dents of any kind! The windows and the sunroof work perfectly and the stereo and other components in the car are in tip top condition. Only used Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil and it is changed as recommended. Mileage is almost all highway mileage (commute into Downtown LA everyday) with a few trips to Las Vegas in between. The car looks great in comparison with others from the same timeframe.

Here are the estimated values from a couple sources:

Thanks in advance for any help.

1999 CLK 320
Well, I got my '99 CLK 320 about 6 months ago. It had 39K miles on it, and I lucked out and got it for 18,500. It's a really great car (aside from the common problems most everybody seems to have: fuel gauge, etc). There wasn't a scratch on it, and it was a nice color combo. I haven't seen too many deals that good since, so I think I just lucked out and you shouldn't get discouraged by that. But, 93K miles is kinda high, you might have better luck with a starting price of 19,999 and may have to come down to 19K.

Good luck!

Edit: I didn't see your private part price of 18 something is a little more reasonable, I thought you were going to list it for the 21 something price.

I'm looking to buy...

I've been looking at some higher milage used cars, i've found that most are going for around 17k with 60-70k miles. I live on the East Coast in NC or i would be interested in looking at it, but i could probably only give 15k or so because shipping would be a real pain. Let me know if you'd like to send me some pictures of it, but im sure you could probably get better money for it in LA. Either way, good luck man.
