I remember when I first picked up my car, I drove all the way home with the one door not tightly closed (the dome light was off, I think the dealer or I turned it off). I didn't notice that until my friend told me the other day (he was driving home with me). I think it's cooler to have warning light.

Mercedes Benz never had warning lights.....when my family got our first Benz back in 1989, our 560SEL never had any warning lights. nor does my mom's S320(last generation). neither my dad's S500 or my E430...
i guess them German's figure we all have a good ear..
