Bought a used 2009 CLK cab with around 104K miles. Car has been in great shape w a few minor things to replace. Noticed a tapping at idle. Originally thought it was the belt and belt tensioner, did to hearing some squeaking too. Replaced that and most went away but still hear tapping. What’s next? Is this a timing chain tensioner issue maybe?

suggestions on what to look for would be great.
