'98 CLK 320 Not Starting

The other night I got in my car, it started and then died. I replaced the fuel pump and the filter, still nothing, just cranks. Replaced the CPS, same thing, just cranks. Any ideas on what the cause maybe? I turn on the key and try to listen for the fuel pump, but don't hear anything. Tried checking voltage at the fuel pump plug, but it does not appear to be getting power. I'm thinking fuel pump relay, but wanted to see if there are any other opinions out there.

Do you have a picture of the fuel pump plug and location?

Does anyone know what the voltage should be at this connection with the key in the on position?
