error code?

error code?
Does anyone have knowledge of the error codes and what they might mean? I had the check engine light come on and when I hooked up the ODB reader the code "P173" came up with Module "fuel and air metering" with "fuel trim malfunction bank 2" was listed. I understand what this basically means but does anyone have the knowledge of the fix? BTW when I hooked it up to live monitoring the bank 1 and 2 had basically the same readings for short term but the long term was lower for bank 1 than 2. (26 vs 28)

i had the codes P0171 and P0173 and it turned out to be a leak in the plastic seals between my air flow sensor, check to make sure the seal is tight, if not check for debris, if there is debris, that means air is coming in through a leak after the air filters. hope that helps
