New member here posting for my parents who own a 2000 CLK320. They have a problem where the windows go down on their own when the car is locked and I believe the trunk pops open (sometimes when the car is in motion).
The problem with the windows is more apparent in the summer. The dealer has no remedy perhaps due to the age. So I thought to reach out to some enthusiasts. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum Gsi00154,

As example, if your parents 2000 CLK320 is a cabriolet, the problem of the windows going down on their own when the soft top is locked, is well known and can be D-I-Y repaired by a simple adjustment to one of the roof's position switches.
