I hate my floor mats...
The drivers side keeps moving forward and the passenger side keeps creasing in the middle. They seem so cheap!
Anybody have any ideas (that worked) on how to keep the driver's side from getting pushed forward and the passenger side from bubbling or creasing in the middle?

I totally agree,
MB should be ashame, quality is definitley going down the drain, also looking for solution, My benz came without mats and I ordered originals thinking it was made of MB quality, couldn't believe the crap that came.

mine came with some type of push pins...I never used them though...I have not had too much trouble.
Try heavy duty velcro
What I hate, that is a pure "cheap"-ness, is the lower air dam middle piece!!!!!!!!!!

This goes way back to the 80's (maybe even further). The problem is that the mats are velour with a soft backing so they don't have anything to help keep its shape.
As far as it sliding around, ask your SA for these little pins thingies that clip onto the edge of the mat and then dig into the carpet right below your seat to hold it in place.

you can use mat clips... the ones that MB sells are pretty heavy duty... they do seller cheaper versions at pepboys... under $5 fix...

Clips! Never thought of that...good solution Samoan_Ridah and mmgrad. I'll put them in and see what happens. As for the soft backing....I'm actually leaning towards buying a thin rubber floor mat and glueing my Mercedes mats to it to maintain the structural intergrity.
I'll let you know if this works,,

Enzo, my Benzo
ridiculous..
The issues with these mats are crazy. My first MB (89 300E) did it all the time, my dad's ML 320, CLK 430, and current S 430 ALL did it.
My current 1990 300E doesn't do it at all (???) and is probably the only MB in the world that doesn't haha
I solved Pop's probs by using heavy duty Velcro...

There are Clips.
I'm not sure what you guys are talking about, but my mats dont go anywhere nor do they crease. There are clips under the seats that hold these mats in place and they don't move. I'm not sure if its a special order or not.

My mats suck too!
My mats crease and the drver's side gets pushed up all the time. Anyone out there find any better aftermarket mats that color match the carpet and look somewhat stock?
