2001 Mercedes-Benz CLK 320

Clueless in need of help

Hi my name is Leroy Faulkner I live in Liberty Missouri and I recently purchased a 2001 Mercedes-Benz CLK320. I'm having a lot of issues with it I've watched every YouTube video and I could really use some help I bought the car because it only cost $1,300 and that's all I had and I'm running into issue after issue somebody please help
