2002clk320

I have a 2002 clk320 that’s been sitting for awhile and the key was lost. I just recently got a new key for it that was ordered through the dealership that is vin matched. I went to go see if it worked but it doesn’t. I won’t unlock/lock the doors or turn in the ignition. I get power in the car but I can’t start it. Any help is great.
