Mercedes W208 Cabriolet Boot Trunk Rubber End Stops

Does anyone know where I can source a Mercedes W208/A208 Cabriolet Boot Trunk Rubber End Stops at a reasonable cost, as mine have perished ?
Mercedes CLK A2087580043 (2087580043) rubber end stop
They are also called Mercedes W203 Rear Lid End Stop (not sure why they are classified as W203, but maybe the same mechanism was used for the W208 convertibles)

I can see https://www.mbpartsource.com/ has these for $66 USD (Each) which looks to be pretty good (as they are around $150 USD on eBay from Lithuania) by comparison.
But they don't ship internationally.

I am in Australia and Mercedes is asking a bit more than the eBay prices (which is still ridiculous for these Boot/Trunk Rubber End Stops)

I have reached out to many wreckers, but as these cars are 25 years old now, none are any good.

The equivalent models for the coupe are about $20 USD (part W210 C208 CLK A2107500326) for a pair of them ($10 USD each)

This is what they look like new

I don't know if this will help as I cant confirm the product number to the w208 platform but there is this part number. Crazy expensive for this part on ebay even on ECS tuning its still about 100 dollars USD for such a small piece

End Stop - Mercedes-Benz (208-758-00-43)

Thanks All,
I went with https://www.mbpartsgiant.com
It cost $205 USD inclusive of delivery ($73 USD) to Australia for a pair, but I have been looking for a while at other options and this seems the best of an overpriced lot.

I'll put an update here when they come.

Hi All, a quick update
The parts Boot Trunk Rubber End Stops arrived this week from the USA, and I installed as easy as genuine parts should go in.

There was an issue with the ordering process to Australia regarding Address confirmation and PayPal and dealing with FedEx, but once I said the details were correct and I would wear the risk if they weren't, I could place the order. From the PayPal website help pages, most addresses outside the US, UK and Canada can't be confirmed at this time.

On reflection, for those of you considering the same, the cost of these parts, though very expensive for what they are, was better than the time spent looking for good 2nd hand ones from e-bay or wreckers (as they just aren't out there for a 25 year old car)
Not sure why the Asian manufacturers for the other models (Mercedes Boot Trunk Rubber End Stops) don't seem the need to make these, but I assume not much demand for these old cars.
