CLK230 Intake

CLK230 Intake

I've been searching flat out for the last few days but haven't been able to find much. What intake's are available for the 230? Are there any gains to be had? What other light modifications would be better?

evosport used to have some overdrive pulleys that would run the compressor harder...im not sure if they have em anymore because the site doesn't list it. it would give you a good bit of extra gain, even more than the underdrive pulleys for non-kompressor engines. you can give em a call i guess www.evosport.com

supposedly upgrading to a CLK55 airbox with K&N air filters yields some gains. kinda pricey though.

nah the clk55 intake does not fit the 320 so im guessing it won't go onto the 230 either. i know it works for the 430 tho

Let's just settle this now. As of this moment, there are no pragmatic intakes available for a 320, or a 230. The only quality alternative was a GruppeM, which costs upwards of $700, with potentially no gains, and problems w/ the MAF sensor. Better upgrades for a clk would be pulleys, or potentially chip. Or hell, just keep it stock and make it look fast.

Thanks for the help! I wasn't really expecting much of a gain in power, I'm more after a bit of sound.

What problems did the GruppeM cause with the MAF?
