Hi everybody . I have a problem with my w208 clk 200 kompressor M111.944 engine. So yesterday when i finished work , i started the car normaly , pull out of the driveway and closed the gate , got back in to the car , pressed the clutch and when i touched the gas pedal it turned off. When i try to start it again nothing happens , when i set it to contact everything looks normal , when i prime it i dont hear the pump any more, and its an old car you can hear the pump buzzing even when you drive . But the worst thing it doesnt engage the starter at all , no malfunctions on display , just plays dead. I checked the battery and it has 12.3v , all the fuses are ok , i can hear the bypass valve opening , but just wont crank. Got that 38 pin adapter for diagnostic , couse none of the garages here in my vicinity had that, several technicians came with some universal diagnostics and none of them couldnt connect to it. I called the few big services around my city , but all of them are saying that they wont guarantee that they can fix it, and i have to pay for the tow something around 300e . So i was wondering if anyone here had somewhat similar problem , or if someone can say what diagnostic exacly do i need to use , i mean from the newer ones , i know that MB STAR C3 is the one for this model , but other than mercedes dilership , i dont think most services has that one.
