IT IS GOVERNED! So no matter what the spedometer says, it cant be right, the car's governor reads the engine for when it kicks in, not where the needle is set on your spedometer, or your digital spedo, therefore, your car might read "140" but it was 135 or whatever the governor kicks in at. Rims and tires away from stock can throw off the reading, the faster you go, the farther off the reading.

I live in...
...Salt Lake City, UT. It's strange...my sales rep offered to bump up my speed limit but when I asked the tech that usually works on my car to change my fuel settings; I could not offer enough money to have that done. I think the next time I bring my car in, I'll ask my Sales guy what he can do.

my speedometer is up to 300 kmh, how fast will my 320 go if the limiter is removed? At my current top speed of 250 kmh, the rpm stops at 5000. I have another 1000 to red line, so how many extra kmh can i get??

According to the owners manual, the electronically controlled speed is based on the rating of the tires the vehicle ships with. 320s are H rated and I think 430s and 55s are Y rated. You definitely need to watch out at higher speeds without prepping the tires. I had a Mondial over 190mph a few years back, with Z rated tires that were pre-heated. Even with Z rated rubber, you should have the tire dealer pre-heat them if you're going to be running at very high speed.
Having a tire peel away at 100mph plus is not a pretty sight.
