To make a long story short, I got my front window tints redone today because they were real scratched, so I took it to the Art of tint (http://www.theartoftint.com and they definitely hooked it up.

They did the moleskin trim on the window moldings so the tint wouldnt scratch, and they made sure the job was done right, in addition to providing me with a lifetime warranty.

If you're in NY and you want tints, this is really the best place to go. I saw a new CL65 and Bentley in their shop today as well so you'd really be hard pressed to find anyone with nearly as much experience as these guys.

i was at 212 motoring today. I heard about them a while ago here and finally got time to get it done. That is one crazy shop. Today there was a CL65 still in delivery wrapping getting some crazy work done and a Bentley Arnage outside they just tinted.

Really one of the best shops I've seen in NY so far.

did he tint your rear windshield in one piece with no cutout or did he leave a cutout for the brake light?

actually I was only there for the fronts as my other windows were already tinted.

The problem was that the last shop, although good, didnt know that you had to put felt in the window lining to prevent scratches. My tints do have a cutout for the breaklight, but it's been like that for a while. I'm definitely goin back to the art of tint to have my rear glass redone without a cutout.

again, if anyone needs a serious tinter in the ny/nj area who stands behind his work 100%, does an excellent and professional job and who also removes the door gaskets to prevent the tint from scratching then tom from The Art of Tint is your man.
